Its just a matter of Time....

Well... Works going good, Sarah's doing Great.. Trena's back home.. Music's been fun.. but theres just so many hours in a day.. that would be my only complaint.. just not enough time to get everything done..

I wonder sometimes if its our fault.. Maybe society, maybe me specifically... and that maybe if we could just "Slow it down" things would buck in line more...

Now Im complaining mind you.. overall, I think we're pretty lucky, Trena and I.. We've worked hard, had some tougher times, but things are pretty great at the moment... but we were up late night before last Hoping to clean the house, and that got pre-empted by the Deep Freeze Mis-hap... So last nite we'd hoped to clean up.... and we both ended up asleep in bed by 9pm ish... too tired to move..

Now its thursday... I have to go to work.. Trena has a million errands to run, including getting to the lawyer to finally get our Wills Finalized (I signed mine yesterday) and were leaving tomorrow for our Elton John trip....

Now Im not complaining.. Its a privilage to be able to go.. But i look at our house sometimes, and its a nice place... when its clean... and it looks soo trashly lately with the construction, toys, dog-fur-tumbleweeds, etc, that it makes me tired just to think about it.. .

We'd have had our place sold by now but for all the work it takes to get things done... and lack of time to do it... I need an extra hour each day, and an extra day each week.. Then I'm sure things would be much easier... but that aint gonna happen...

and then there is the good friends ya hardly see cause were all too busy... Something to be said for pace of life.. Maybe we need to get out of the city.. . get somewhere smaller... where the pace is a little slower...

In any event.. makes for a good new-years resolution... to stop and smell the roses more.. so to speak...

Oh well.. maybe things will be better soon..

Chiro's been going well, and that has me optimistic about the progress of my back.. It still hurts.. but its not as severe as it was even 2 weeks ago...

I Caught his act in Halifax couple weeks back, I had a floor seat, but couldn't get anyone go with me.. so I went alone... the Man might be getting older, but he's one javascript:void(0)
Publishhell of country singer.. the Crowd was small, but VERY appreciative... and yes... I like Randy Travis... One can enjoy Metal, Blue and rock, and still like country, and I'm cool with it.. I like NEWFIE music to, and I don't care who Knows it.. My IPOD has Metallica, Alman Bros, Van Halen, Van Morrison, Simani, Brooks and Dunn, and Charlie Musclewhite. and the list goes on.. .

Anyway.. Got to get to the office.. work to be done..
Hope to have enough stamina left to catch Dan Aykroyd tonight at the Seahorse...
